maximum of 4 signs is permitted per property. No signs in public right-of-way
(which included the sidewalk and greenway between the sidewalk and curb) where
the sign would endanger safety or obstruct the flow of vehicle or pedestrian
traffic, block views of traffic, or block ingress or egress, or restricts the
sidewalk to less than 32 inches. Signs are not permitted in public streets,
center divider strip or traffic islands. No more than 8 open house signs shall
be placed at any intersection. No more than 1 per property per intersection.
Signs cannot be larger than 4 foot square or 3 feet in height. Signs are only
permitted holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and one agent tour day from 10:00 to
