New Changes Coming to Clarus MarketMetrics
Global Modifications
New Navigation Menu, located on the top-left corner of the screen (once a user has logged in and executed a search). These new options include all of the standard administrative functionality such as print, email or save reports (FILE); moving between the Market Dynamics and Pricing Analysis tools (TOOLS); revising/transferring the search criteria (SEARCH) and HELP.
View Search Criteria is a panel window on both the search and results pages.
Printable Report Definitions are now available in the Help feature
Market Dynamics
New Cover Sheet for Market Dynamics
A new optional search filter has been added so that users can create an introduction page for the market criteria search to include with the report package.
New Reports have been added
Median for Sale vs Median Sold: this new report compares and contrasts the pricing of For Sale and Sold properties by month
Number of Expired Listings: this new report measures the changes in the number of listings that expire each month
Pricing Analysis
Reports have been upgraded and new Reports added
Additional Chart Controls on two Reports
- Distribution of Price: Allows a user to change the "Sold Time Frame" for display AFTER the search has been run (use the dropdown menu provided in the search and on the Target Price Reports)
- Target Price Reports: "Value" checkbox allows you to display the Average Days on Market for each of the corresponding horizontal lines on the chart
Modified Reports
- Property Attributes: We have included additional options for users to describe common property attributes and sales activity statistics compared to the subject property target price range (use the Optional Search Filter to control these).
New Reports
- Market Size: this new report measures and displays changes to the size of the market over sequential time periods
- Market Price: this new report measures and displays changes to pricing over sequential time periods
- Target Price – Sales Price to Original Price (SP/OP): this new report compares sales activity of properties with and without price changes
