Gone are the days when you could carry on with the same old routine which resulted in some success. The Real Estate industry is constantly changing and mandates that we change with it. Bay East offers an array of exciting and informative seminars, classes and events designed to keep you up-to-date on the latest trends in the following areas:

Education Advantage Program
The Education Advantage Program is available to all Bay East Association Members for an additional fee of $21.00 (paid at the time of dues billing or at any time during the billing year although still only good until June 30). If you are thinking about taking any continuing education classes, the Education Advantage Program can save you literally hundreds of dollars. Click here for the application.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a course for which you are registered, you may send a substitute. If you cancel your registration fewer than 24 hours before the course, your registration fee will not be refunded. If registering less than 36 hours before the course, you will need to call Nicole Shivers at (925) 730-4070 to confirm registration. Registrations will not be accepted after 3:00 pm the day prior to the course.

RealtyU^® Real Estate Schools
Bay East is part of the RealtyU^® network of real estate schools and colleges. The network of affiliated real estate education schools serves 40 states with over 120 campuses across Northern America.
