Come and let us help you make sense of the Paragon system and other current technology applications. MLS
classes are free; however, a $50 deposit will be required which will not be
processed if class is attended or attendance cancelled.
The following policies are
strictly enforced:
- You MUST register
through Member Services
- Class times are subject to change
- If registration is less
than three, classes are subject to cancellation
- 24-hour cancellation notice must be
given
- Photo ID required & checked at attendance
- 15-minute late policy-no
admittance after 15 minutes & you must reschedule for next available class
- Always check class status with Member Services.

the mandatory "JUST THE FACTS" (Paragon Essentials) before registration will be accepted for
the following advanced Paragon classes: "THE ABCs OF CMAs" (Create a CMA Presentation), "THE 411 BUYER'S ALERT" (Auto-Email Notification), or "LISTING A PROPERTY FOR SALE" (Paragon Listings).

 "JUST THE FACTS" (Paragon Essentials)
Formally 'Paragon Essentials', Just the Facts is a mandatory 3 hour class. This basic
overview includes: Searches, Saved Searches, Views/ Reports, Email Listings, Print
Reports, Listing Input overview, and Quick and Easy CMA.

"LISTING A PROPERTY FOR SALE" (Paragon Listings)
A three hour class which covers everything you need to know about entering/changing listings, putting properties on Tour/Open House, uploading photos, and associated documents. (Prerequisite: "Just the Facts" - Paragon Essentials)

"THE ABCs OF CMAs" (Create a CMA Presentation)
A three hour class which covers all the steps in generating a CMA Presentation packet using Paragon. (Prerequisite: "Just the Facts" - Paragon Essentials)

"THE 411 BUYER'S ALERT" (Auto-Email Notification)
A two hour class that covers entering Contacts/Prospects, assigning searches, setting up auto email notification, and more using Paragon. (Prerequisite: "Just the Facts" - Paragon Essentials)

BASIC WINFORMS® DESKTOP/ONLINE
Basic WINForms is a 3 hour class. It covers creating and saving a
template for a Purchase or Listing transaction, and e-mailing forms. After exploring how to
use the Desktop version, the Online version will be covered.

ADVANCED WINFORMS® DESKTOP/ONLINE
A two hour class covering additional functionality of the application including: Clause Manager, Mortgage Calculator, Sticky Notes, importing/exporting forms between desktop/online, electronic signature and much more. (Prerequisite: WINForms® Basic)
"FormsAdvisor/Tutor" (WinForms)
1-hour overview sessions to help introduce the new capability from WINForms

"PAINTING ON A BLANK CANVAS" (Create Flyers Using MSWord)
Painting on a Blank Canvas is a 2 hour class.
