What is an Affiliate?

An Affiliate is a dues paying member of the Bay East Association of REALTORS® who provides services and support to the real estate industry. Title companies, lenders, property and termite inspectors and insurance companies are just a few of the affiliated businesses. But not all industry related services are Affiliates. Affiliates have chosen to support the REALTORS® by joining the Association.

Affiliate Membership is available for all real estate related professionals. Affiliate members of the Bay East Association of REALTORS® enjoy many of the same benefits as REALTOR® members. There are three levels of Affiliate Membership:

Affiliate Membership - $120 for each firm location which includes two firm members; additional members are $15 each.
Platinum Affiliate Membership - $60 with a Affiliate Membership
Corporate Platinum Membership - $180 (this membership combines both the Affiliate Membership and the Platinum Membership; this membership is available even if your firm is not an Affiliate Member and is transferable to any other firm).

There is a one time application fee of $25.
