I cannot open my Lock Box. What should I do?
If
the key container (Lock Box) does not open:
1.
Be sure you updated your Key for the week on your designated day.
2. Be sure you are entering the correct PIN code.
3.
Check with the listing agent to ensure that you are within the timed
access hours. The preprogrammed access hours are from 7A.M. to 11 P.M.,
except during Daylight savings when access is from 8 A.M. to Midnight.
4. If the SuperKey still doesn’t work call the Supra Field Support
Line at (877) 699-6787 (6 am – 7 pm Pacific Time, 7 days a week)
Hint: Try banging the lock box against a hard surface to attempt
to dislodge items jammed in the box.
