Step 1—Local: CAR "Political Survival" is the $49 contribution that most REALTORS® make when paying their dues and is the first step toward supporting. The majority of this contribution will be added to the local association's BORPAC (to support/oppose candidates) or IMPAC (to support/oppose local issues).

Step 2—State: CREPAC "Champion Club" is taking the next step by contributing an additional $49, bringing your total contribution thus far to $98. With this second contribution, you are supporting the Association’s efforts to protect your business and private property rights at the state level.

Step 3—Federal: CREPAC/Federal "99 Club" is an additional contribution of $99. This supports the federal issues relating to real estate. Now your total "investment" in your profession is $197

Then there are the V.I.P. Programs:

REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) "Life Member" A special contribution of $400 or more in a single calendar year to the CREPAC/Federal "99 Club" means automatic enrollment as an RPAC Life Member. You will receive a unique lapel pin with a diamond.

The CREPAC/Federal "President’s Circle" is one of the most prestigious of the CAR fundraising programs. To become a member, you can pay $1000 up front or accumulate smaller contributions over time. Members to this exclusive level will be presented with a unique lapel pin. In addition, each President’s Circle member who is also a current "99" CLUB contributor is invited to a complimentary members-only reception at the June CAR meetings in Sacramento.

The RPAC "Golden R" is the highest of all fundraising programs for REALTORS® in the nation. For a one-time contribution of $1,500, each subsequent year only requires a $400 "Life Member" renewal. An exclusive pin will be awarded to you along with invitations to all VIP receptions held in the calendar year.
