MLS LISTING INTERNET SITES

As a service to you and your sellers you have the option to have your MAXMLS listings displayed on open public-access websites.

When you select “YES--all sites” on the back on the input sheet under Feature code: INTERNET LISTING you are authorizing the following:

1—Your listing to be placed on the open public-access website:

Realtor.com-- http://www.realtor.com

2—Your listing to be placed on all websites of those brokers/subscribers participating in the IDX program.  See IDX section for further information and rules.

Your clients can view their property listing on all of these sites.

If “NO—no sites” is selected, your listings will only appear on MAXMLS.
