Achievement Club Awards
Did you have a good year in 2006? Then be sure to get the recognition you deserve by submitting your application for the 2006 Achievement Club.
If you would like to participate in the 2006 Achievement Club, you must complete the application form and submit it to the Association by January 26, 2007. Please include a copy of the MLS “Firm Inventory” report with your Achievement Cub application. This report shows all of your sales and listings as reported to the MLS.
The REALTOR® Achievement Club is an awards program designed to recognize all Bay East REALTORS® who have used the MLS and closed more than $3 million in Residential Sales/Listings or 10-16 units for the year.
Achievement Club members benefit from the opportunity to be recognized for their outstanding professional performance by:
- Displaying their recognition awards in presentation books and in the office.
- Receiving community press coverage as a top producer.
- Enjoying recognition from their peers, clients, Affiliates and the general public.
If you need help running the Firm Inventory report, please click for Tips on Running a Firm Inventory Search. (If you find a discrepancy in the “Firm Inventory” report, print out a copy of the listing, circle what needs to be corrected, write the correct information at the bottom of the page and attach it as a HUD-1 to the Achievement Club application.)
If you have trouble running the report, you can contact Bay East Tech Support at (925) 730-7100. After submitting an application, your records will be confirmed and you will be notified of your qualification for an award. There will be no team awards and no district awards.
Mark your calendars for Monday, March 26, 2007. The Achievement Club Awards will be presented at a luncheon in the San Ramon Marriott starting at 11:00 a.m. Registrations for the luncheon will be included with the February REALTOR® Guide.
