Foundation

The Foundation is a separate corporation from Bay East Association of REALTOR®. It was originally founded to support a scholarship program for students pursuing higher education in the Real Estate field. In the years since its inception, it has grown to be much more.
Our Programs:
Scholarship Program
The Scholarship program is open to the dependent children of Bay East Association members, who voluntarily contributed to the Foundation ($30 per year) through their dues billing.
Past President Educational Grant
This program is for REALTOR® members of Bay East Association of REALTOR® and allows you to apply for up to 50% of course/class fees not to exceed $500 per recipient per year.
Members Helping Members
This program raises funds that are distributed directly to Bay East Association REALTOR® or Affiliate members who have experienced a catastrophic event in their lives and may need some financial help.
Charitable Organizations
During these difficult economic times, we have seen a dramatic decrease in the financial contributions to the Foundation. Foundation Contributions allow us to provide money for scholarships, charitable causes and special assistance. After considerable review we have are placing charitable contributions on a temporary hold. Our focus will be to find additional sources of funding for the Foundation so we can resume our charitable contributions in the future.
