How to Register and Read Your Lockboxes

Registering a Lockbox Online

  • Enter Your Key Number (located on the back of your key) and your four digit pin

From the list of options that will then appear on the left, choose:

You will also be asked to provide the MLS number. If you do not have the MLS number you can still register your box(s) by clicking "add".

Reading a Lockbox Online

Go to www.supraekey.com and you will be redirected to a GE Security Site. From there, choose:

  • Log Onto KIMweb
  • Choose Your Association (CA-Bay East)
  • Enter Your Key Number (located on the back of your key) and your four digit pin

From the list of options that will then appear on the left, choose:

  • Showing Value (listed under Activity Reports)

You can determine your next step based on the options that appear on the Dashboard. On this Dashboard you can also modify your email settings.

**Please note: Some of the most recent activity on your listings will not show on this website unless the showing agent has updated his/her key after accessing your listing.

To get the most accurate reading on your box you can either bring your box into our office or follow the steps listed below:

Perform a read on your box with your Display Key. This is done by:

  • Choosing the option, "Read Keybox" from the menu on your Display Key
  • Choose the #2 (New Key Read)
  • Enter the shackle code of the box
    • Place key inside box - If you are using an AEII box (older gray box)
    • Aim key at purple "eye" If you are using an ibox (new blue box)

Once the read is completed the key numbers of every showing agent who accessed your box will appear in your key.

If this information is read from an ibox, you can press enter when the showing agents key number appears. Your key will then give you the showing agents name and telephone number.

If this information is read from an AEII box you can get the showing agent information by completing the following steps:

Go to www.supraekey.com and you will be redirected to a GE Security Site. From there, choose:

  • Log Onto KIMweb
  • Choose Your Association (CA-Bay East)
  • Enter Your Key Number (located on the back of your key) and your four digit pin

From the list of options that will then appear on the left, choose:

  • Identify Keyholder

Once you enter the number retrieved from your key, the showing agents Name and Association will appear.

* If you have any further questions regarding this process or any other matter regarding the KIM system please feel free to contact Nicole Matthis at (925) 730-4075 or contact Supra directly at, (877) 699-6787.

Also, there are easy to follow tutorials listed next to your Dashboard on the KIM Website listed under Links (Training & Documentation), as well as, under Quick Guide (Tutorial Video)
