Bay East Brings You MORE. More Access, More Exposure, More MLSs.
Effective March 15 Bay East MLS members have access to the following MLSs: Metrolist Services, Inc (Metrolist®), Bay Area Real Estate Services, Inc (BAREIS), and the San Francisco known as the Quattro Group and MLSListings, at no additional charge. Bay East, Contra Costa and East Bay Regional Data have formed the Multiple Organization Reciprocal Exchange (MORE) and joined the existing data reciprocating efforts between the Quattro Group and MLSListings. This agreement lets you have access to property and listing information in 21 counties in the greater Bay Area, Sacramento region and the Central Valley

What is MORE?
MORE, Multiple Organization Reciprocal Exchange is a reciprocal data access initiative that will provide Bay East members direct access to MLS systems covering 21 counties in Northern California. There is no additional cost for this expanded coverage. A detailed map of the access area is available to view the map click here.
MLS Partner Systems and Coverage Areas
- SFAR covers San Francisco
- BAREIS covers Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma
- MetroList® covers El Dorado, Merced, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Yolo
- MLS Listings, Inc covers covers Monterey, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz
Lockbox
Lockbox functionality IS NOT fully compatible at this time with all neighboring MLS’s. Your Key will currently work in Alameda County, Contra Costa County, San Francisco and those counties covered by MLS Listings, Inc. We are actively working with Metrolist® and BARIES to resolve the incompatibilities between their key configurations and those in the KIM Users group. Direct Access to Partner Systems
To access the partner systems, login to Paragon then click the Resources button on the Paragon menu bar. From there select the MLS you want to access and you will be logged in automatically.

In addition to the resources we have provided on bayeast.org you can access the training resources for each MLS when logged into the partner system. Step by step access instructions are below:
- For SFAR, BAREIS, MetroList®: Click on the Help pulldown menu and select Online Help. There are step by step guides available here for most functions and activities.
- For MLS Listings, Inc:, once logged in click the Help link in the upper right corner of any page.
MORE Support
Our best-in-industry support staff will be providing technical support for members who need technical support for any of the partner system. You can reach support by calling 925-730-7100 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. For after hours support we are in the process of updating our Autofix to resolve the common support issues with the partner systems. If you have additional questions or concerns not addressed by technical support please email us at moremls@bayeast.org.

Listing Input
You have direct access to each of the partner systems. This means you can add listings and search in each participating MLS with no additional fees or reciprocal input forms.
IDX
Unlike previous data sharing efforts the listings you add into a partner’s MLS WILL be added to their idx feed and will be accessible via participating idx websites and national systems such as realtor.com. This will give your out-of-area listings a substantial boost in exposure. Data from the participating MLS’s in MORE is not currently in a single idx feed however we are working on that and will keep this resource page up to date with our progress.
