2006 Awards & Achievements
Each year, the Association recognizes three individuals for our most prestigious awards, REALTOR®, Rookie and Affiliate of the Year. The recipients have contributed hundreds of hours to causes that benefited the general membership and have also dedicated time to many community programs.

REALTOR® of the Year is given to a REALTOR® who is involved in everything. A person who is active in real estate--selling and/or managing, volunteers at the state and local Association, has earned designations, and also participates in activities within the local community.

2006 realtor of yearA Bay East member for 28 years, Pam Winterbauer has been involved with our local Association, the California Association of REALTORS and the Northern California Chapter of CRS. She has served on numerous committees and task forces in addition to the Board of Directors, the Professional Standards Council, Local Government Relations Council and the Bay East foundation.  Pam served as vice-chair for the Sergeant of Arms committee at CAR and participated in several other committees. She also holds the GRI, CRS, LTG and SRES designations.

Rookie of the Year is given to an individual who has started in Real Estate within the previous 18 months, has demonstrated success in sales and education, has volunteered time to the Association and the real estate community, and has been active in their community.

2006 realtor of yearKimberly Moore joined the association in October 2005. She quickly became involved with the Member Benefits Council and Livermore Marketing. She threw her heart and soul into the Dictionary Project by recruiting and organizing Bay East members to provide Atlases to 5th grade classrooms in the Livermore Schools. She also serves on the achievement club task force and helped with Affiliate Appreciation Day.  In her local community she is involved with the Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center, The Livermore Chamber of Commerce and the Sunset School Parent Teacher Organization.  In addition to selling an impressive number of homes this year, Kimberly has taken numerous classes and has earned her e-Pro designation.

Affiliate of the Year is a member of the Association who contributes an immeasurable amount of time, money and/or resources to supporting the real estate industry. This person is also active in community activities.

2006 realtor of yearRandi DeHollander, of Vintage Mortgage in Livermore, continues to stay involved at Bay East and WCR.  In addition to her position as Treasurer of the Southern Alameda County Chapter of WCR, she serves on the Member Benefits and Housing Opportunities Councils, the Bay East Foundation, numerous committees and task forces.  With her involvement in the Northern California Housing Coalition, Randi has been instrumental in helping to create the First Time Homebuyer Certification Program. Randi also volunteers in her local community. She is involved with the Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center and serves as vice-president for the Livermore American Little League.
