The Dictionary Project Process

1. 
   Submit order form and payment to Sheena Francisco at sheenaf@bayeast.org or by fax to 925-730-0255. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2007.
   


2. Orders are $37.00 per box of 24 English dictionaries and $50.00 per box of 24 Spanish dictionaries (only if requested by a school).
   


3. Dictionaries and labels will be sent to the Dictionary Project task force member assigned to your specific school district. To see who your contact person is, please click here. Please contact this person to arrange pick-up and delivery.
   


4. Please sign and include this Letter for the Parents when you deliver your dictionaries. This letter is letting the parents know that the dictionary was a gift from you and is for them to keep.
   
   
   

Important: To ensure that students receive their dictionaries in a timely manner, please have dictionaries delivered by October 26, 2007.

Important: Payment must accompany order. We will not reserve a classroom for a potential adopter. Adoptions are first come, first serve. Orders will not be placed until payment is received.
