Bay East Association of REALTORS® Foundation
The Foundation is a separate corporation from Bay East Association of REALTORS®. It was originally founded to support a scholarship program for students pursuing higher education in the Real Estate field. In the years since its inception, it has grown to be much more.

Complete Application for Charitable Contribution
Qualifications
Non-profit Organization based in the Bay East membership area
Requirements
- Complete Bay East Foundation application.
- Organization may be national, however the funds must be spent locally.
- Organization’s administrative expense must be limited to 25%.
- Organization must provide recent IRS Form 990 unless exempt.
