Professional Standards

Any questions or complaints related to the Code of Ethics is handled by the Professional Standards Department. The Code of Ethics that all REALTORS® abide by separates REALTORS® from real estate agents. By becoming a member of the Association, a real estate agent is agreeing to "take the extra professional step" and embrace and comply with the Code of Ethics.

Mediation/Dispute Resolution
Mediation is a fair and efficient process to help you resolve your real estate dispute and reach an agreement. A neutral mediator panel assists you in reaching a voluntary, negotiated agreement. Choosing mediation to resolve real estate disputes promotes better relationships and reduces stress, costs and time involved in other dispute resolution methods. More Information
